Cut It is not investment advice
Cut It is educational software. It does not tell you what to buy or sell, it does not recommend any security, it does not manage money, and it does not execute trades. It scores the quality of decisions you have already made, and shows publicly available market information.
We are not a broker-dealer, not an investment adviser, and not a financial institution. Nothing in the product is a recommendation or an offer. Trading involves risk of loss, including total loss. Past results — yours or anyone's — do not predict future results. Decisions you make with your own money are yours alone.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Sign in is via Google; we never see your Google password.
Your data
Your decisions and any trades you upload belong to you. You can export or delete them at any time from your account page. What we store, and for how long, is described in the Privacy Notice.
Market data
Market information shown in the app is provided for general informational purposes, may be delayed, and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on it for trading decisions. We provide it "as is" and make no warranty as to its accuracy, timeliness, or fitness for any purpose.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through Lemon Squeezy, who act as merchant of record. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
- Don't scrape, resell, or redistribute the service or its data.
- Don't attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Don't upload data that isn't yours.
No warranty, and limits on liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Cut It.
Ending things
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms. If we discontinue the service, we'll give you reasonable notice and a chance to export your data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv – Jaffa shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
